The rules have been adjusted again on October 14, 2020. Who can come and play?

  • 2 to 4 people from different households at a distance of 1.5 meters.
  • young adults from 13 to 17 years old (no distance, unlimited)
  • persons from one household (no distance, unlimited)

Below is an overview of our special provisions, rules and measures to meet the requirements of the new normal and the one-half-meter society.

It is not mandatory to wear gloves or a mouth mask during the game!

Do you have any questions? Then contact us.

Mouth Mask

A mouth mask is not required during the game.

We do ask you to wear a mouth mask when entering the building and in our waiting room, according to the advice of the government.

Keep Distance

We ask you to always keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters from us.

  • Are you a family and do you come from the same household? Then you don't have to keep your distance from each other.
  • Are you all between 13 and 17 years old? Then you don't have to keep your distance from each other.
  • Do you come from different households? Then you must keep 1.5 meters away, also in the Escape Rooms. You are responsible for this yourself, just like at a party at home, in the pool or in the city.

It is impossible for us to always disinfect everything. We clean all surfaces thoroughly, ensure that the locks are properly disinfected and that other interfaces, such as seat backs and door handles, are clean. There are also many small / loose objects in an Escape Room, which we cannot all disinfect. Gloves are not mandatory, but are available if you want to play with them.

Since we can only allow a limited number of groups and therefore (perhaps) have to reject groups, we want to limit the number of “no-shows” as much as possible. Experience shows that when payment has already been made, guests do not choose to cancel suddenly. We also want to prevent unnecessary contact moments with sources of contamination, such as an ATM.

Use of Toilet

Try to go to the toilet at home beforehand. This prevents unnecessary contact moments. After each group, interfaces are disinfected.

Responsibility to booker

We think the last point is the most important: the responsibility of you as a booker.

What do we mean by this?

  • Is there anyone who shows symptoms in your family? Then stay at home!
  • Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid costs and give others a chance to play.
  • Keep 1.5 meters apart. Our employees will wear protection, but the 1.5 meter requirement also applies. Give each other space!
  • Be on time. Especially now we have to apply a strict timetable to prevent different households from having to use our waiting area at the same time. If you are late, it may mean that the Escape Room can no longer continue. Tip: print the map and pay attention to the signage on site.
Cancellation Fee

Have you made a reservation and can it no longer take place? You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.

Corona / covid19:
Does someone suddenly complain within 48 hours of your reservation? Then contact us as soon as possible. You will not receive a refund, but will receive a gift voucher from us to come back another time. Do you cancel within six (6) hours of your reservation and have only one room reserved? Then you will receive no money and no gift voucher and we see it as a No-Show. If you have reserved several rooms, this is up to twelve (12) hours in advance.
